• Due to the custom nature of this listing, returns are not accepted unless it is my mistake. Because all our products are made to order, therefore all orders are final.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you select for your item to be shipped, we will ship to the address provided. If the address has an error, incorrect or is incomplete, you will be responsible for the extra cost to re-ship your order out to the proper address and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.
• We do not refund or exchange any item. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
• Cancellations: I accept cancellations up to 48 hours on non custom orders from when the order was placed. After that, all sales are final.

We ship across to both Canada and the US. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

If you are local to Welcome to Our Porch and prefer pickup in Fenelon Falls, local pickup can be selected and an address will be provided when you are notified that your item is complete.

Please Note: Should local pickup be selected, and you are not able to pickup, you will need to make all shipping arrangements to obtain your item, including incurring shipping and or pickup charges. 

Care Directions: 

We recommend sweeping and/or shaking of the mat as required. Our decoratives mats should not be power washed or scrubbed agressively as they are not meant for such use.
